Real Support for Real Struggles in Dayton
Trauma-Informed. Culturally Grounded. Built for Black and Brown Men and Boys.
GRO Community is proud to be rooted in Dayton
We are here to listen, connect, and build a strong foundation for mental health support that reflects the real needs of this community. We know the challenges in Dayton are deep, and we are committed to showing up with care that is accessible, relevant, and grounded in cultural understanding.
Whether your son is navigating stress, anger, school struggles, reentry, or the aftermath of violence, we offer care that is built for him. Not just to manage symptoms, but to truly support healing. He can talk to someone who looks like him. A Black therapist who understands where he is coming from. Someone who listens, relates, and helps him move forward. He deserves more than a court case. And you deserve support, too.

What We’re Building in Dayton
We are continuing to grow our presence and deepen our impact locally. In Dayton, GRO Community is helping by:
- Providing therapy and support services for Black and Brown boys and men impacted by trauma, incarceration, or systemic barriers
- Expanding our team of clinicians who reflect and understand the community we serve
- Partnering with local organizations to strengthen the support network for those who need it most
- Providing psychiatric services to support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and other serious symptoms
Mental Health Support That Meets You Where You Are
We believe healing requires more than counseling alone. That’s why GRO brings together therapy, psychiatric care, case management, and trusted community partnerships to help individuals and families rebuild from the inside out.
