Maternal Resilience Services (MRS)

Maternal Resilience Services is a structured, time-limited aftercare program for families transitioning from Intensive Home-Based Therapy. Over a six-month period, MRS provides clinically focused step-down support designed to preserve treatment gains and reinforce family stability.

Centered on caregiver leadership and maternal resilience, the program strengthens home structure, decision-making, and stress management to reduce regression and support sustained progress beyond intensive services.
