Housing

A Fresh Start. A Real Future.

Where stability meets opportunity for men ready to rebuild.

GRO Community’s Housing Program

isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to grow.

This 24-week structured housing opportunity is available to men who have completed at least eight weeks in GRO’s Workforce Development Program and are actively engaged in therapy. With a built-in support system, real-world coaching, and personal development, this program helps men returning home rebuild on solid ground.

Structure That Builds Strength

We offer more than a bed—we offer a system of support.

GRO’s Housing Program includes a structured living environment with routines that promote growth, consistency, and self-respect. While living here, you’ll continue working through our job training program, meet regularly with your housing support team, and develop the skills that lead to long-term independence.

  • Stable, affordable housing for 24 weeks
  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 housing support meetings
  • Community meetings to build accountability and connection
  • Curfews used to promote safety and personal growth—not control
  • Rental history earned during your stay
Tools for Real-World Success

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Participants meet weekly with a financial coach and have access to therapy and a supportive network. You’ll also receive coaching on essential life skills—like how to do laundry, manage money, cook meals, and navigate public transportation—so you’re prepared for what comes next.

  • Weekly therapy sessions to support mental health and healing
  • Budget coaching to help with saving, spending, and goal-setting
  • Hands-on training for hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and time management
  • Help with opening a bank account and accessing benefits
Earn While You Learn. Grow While You Heal.

Participants live here while continuing to earn income through GRO’s Workforce Development Program. That means your housing, employment, and healing journey are all connected—because rebuilding your life takes more than one piece.

  • Paid, hands-on work experience
  • Mentorship and structure from a trusted team
  • Life skills training integrated into your weekly rhythm

Progression with Purpose

The program is divided into two tiers—each one designed to support your growth, not control it.
