Schools and Community
Supporting growth and leadership for Black and Brown boys and men
We help boys and men build confidence, manage emotions, and develop life skills to succeed in school, at home, and in their communities.
School-Based Team: Support Inside Schools
Our School-Based Team works directly in schools to support boys and young men facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. We provide therapy, mentoring, and enrichment activities while building trusted relationships through consistent presence during the school day.
This team helps boys become self-sufficient young men and prepares adult men to serve as role models, fostering healing, leadership, and long-term success.

This team focuses on flexible, accessible support to help boys and men build coping skills, overcome trauma and achieve their personal goals.
The Impact
Participants gain confidence, improve coping skills, and strengthen relationships. Through consistent therapy, mentorship, and community support, boys and men build the foundation they need for long-term success in school, at home, and in their communities.
